Adjustment Standards Of SMT Feeders

Introduction of adjustment standards of SMT Feeders from Dafton-SMT.

1. SMT nozzles

The adjustment height of SMT nozzles is 2-3mm for thick paper and 6-8mm for thin paper. The height of paper feeding SMT Nozzles is the same as that of paper separation SMT Nozzles. But according to the specific deformation of the paper to actual adjustment. The front and back position of the paper separating SMT Nozzles is about 2-5mm around the paper edge.

2. Loose paper blowing nozzle

The distance between the blowing nozzle and the back edge of the stack shall be adjusted within 5-15mm. Generally speaking, the thick paper can be adjusted to the near point, the thin paper to the far point, and the stack can be reasonably loosened without being blown off. The best blowing effect is to float two or three pieces of paper on the surface, and the gap between the papers should be large. Some machines and equipment bite the paper stack with a blowing mouth on the left and right, the adjustment distance can be closer, so that there is gas separation between the paper, reduce friction, and make the paper better transfer.

3. Presser nozzle

Also known as presser foot. When the paper separating SMT Nozzles sucks up the first paper, the presser foot shall hold the second paper and blow a certain amount of air between the two papers to make the last paper float upward, so as to be easily sucked by the paper feeding SMT Nozzles. The depth of the presser foot pressing the paper edge is generally 8-11mm, and the air volume is determined by the thickness of the paper. Another function is to have a height controller. Once the paper pile is too low to contact the contact point, the paper pile will rise quantitatively, generally once in 8-10 sheets.

4. Paper blocking brush or tablet pressing

The tablet pressing adjustment cannot press too much into the paper, otherwise it will bring difficulties to the paper separating SMT Nozzles. The tablet pressing position can press the iron sheet to bend down a little, with the deformation of 2mm.

5. Paper stopper

The height of thick paper can be a little higher than that of thin paper. Generally, the height is 3-5mm from the highest point of paper stopper, and the height of thin paper is 7-4mm.

Six Adjustment of back baffle board and side baffle board: the back baffle board mainly resists the paper, prevents the paper from sliding backward, and ensures the tidiness of the paper stack; the side baffle board mainly ensures that the left and right positions of the paper transported out are consistent, and the distance between the output of the paper and the baffle of the pull gauge is controlled at 5-8mm, so as to ensure that the pull gauge of each paper is accurate and can be pulled in place well.

6. Adjustment method of feeding board

The function of feeding board is to transfer the paper from SMT feeders to the front gauge accurately and stably. The paper is driven by the differential pressure in the SMT feeder part, so the adjustment of the paper pressing wheel is very important.

Pay special attention to the brush wheel on the feeding board to press the paper on the edge after the front gauge positioning pause, mainly to push the paper in place to avoid the phenomenon of skew.

7. Tablet pressing adjustment

The tablet pressing adjustment is mainly to prevent the paper from biting too much and rushing out of the front gauge, so generally, the tablet pressing is next to the front gauge, and the thin paper is lighter, as long as it can slightly touch the iron plate, and the thick paper can be slightly heavier.

8. Front gauge adjustment

Front gauge adjustment is mainly height adjustment, generally as long as it is adjusted to 3 times of production paper. Three sheets of paper can be used for adjustment.
